If there is not already a Yoga for Congo Women event near you, and you have considered hosting one, here is some basic information to get you started!

Thank you for considering such a large undertaking.  Each of our events have been absolutely incredible and life-changing experiences for all involved.

Each Yoga for Congo Women event follows the same program, so that it is presented factually and uniformly for everyone who participates in a Yoga for Congo event.  This unites participants in solidarity for the Congo.  The audio for each event is pre-recorded for each year.  If your event will be one that we cannot personally attend, we would be happy to send the audio so that a qualified yoga teacher may lead the presentation.  (This can be discussed further when you decide to host an event!)

Factors to consider: finding a venue, advertising your event, gathering participants, finding sponsors for yoga mats, water, etc.
